Play Monster Storm below. Tap DEPLOY, rotate your phone to landscape, and hold FIRE to shoot.
Monster Storm: Heavy Fire is a free HTML5 monster shooter that puts a powerful rotary machine gun at the center of the action. There is no character blocking the view: you see the weapon, the battlefield, and the creatures advancing toward your position. Play directly in your browser and take on a campaign of 250 sectors, with rising enemy numbers, changing formations, and a gradual increase in danger.
The enemy roster contains five distinct monster types. Green horned brutes, glowing magma creatures, and blue frost beasts approach along the ground, while two winged species attack from the air. Watch both the battlefield and the sky, because flying threats can arrive while ground enemies are closing in. Monsters launch fiery projectiles, so moving sideways or changing your distance can help you avoid incoming attacks.
Automatic aiming helps you keep track of the action. When enabled, it selects a visible enemy, marks the target with a green indicator, and smoothly turns the heavy gun toward it. Hold the FIRE button to shoot, and the system searches for another target after a monster falls. You can switch automatic aiming off whenever you prefer to aim manually. Keep an eye on the ammunition counter and weapon heat, and reload before your magazine runs dry.
On phones and tablets, use the four directional buttons on the left to move forward, backward, or sideways. The action buttons on the right control firing, reloading, and automatic targeting. The touch controls support moving and shooting together. On a computer, use WASD for movement, the mouse for aiming, Space for firing, and R for reloading. Arrow keys also adjust the aiming point.
The campaign rotates through volcanic canyons, frozen mountain terrain, rainy jungle ruins, desert fortresses, and stormy coastal scenery. Embers, falling snow, rain, blowing sand, and lightning bring these settings to life. Later sectors reuse these environments with changes in atmosphere, enemy strength, spawn timing, and formations rather than introducing 250 separate background pictures.
Press DEPLOY to begin. The game requests fullscreen and landscape orientation when the browser supports them; otherwise, rotate your device manually and use the fullscreen button. Sound starts after your first interaction, and you can mute it from the top bar. Unlocked sectors are saved locally when browser storage is available, letting you return for another session and continue your progress.
