Armed cartoon grasshoppers battle farmers across colorful crops in Grasshopper Farm Battle, a 1000-level HTML5 game.

Grasshopper Farm Battle is a colorful HTML5 arcade game that turns a peaceful farm into a playful showdown. Lead a squad of sixteen grasshoppers through a campaign of 1,000 levels, explore planted fields, and face farmers determined to defend their harvest. The action is cartoon styled, with bright projectiles, clear health indicators, and quick controls designed for touch screens and keyboards.

Your squad starts each battle ready to move, jump, and eat nearby crops. Wheat, corn, cabbage, tomatoes, and pumpkins are spread across twelve farming plots. Guide the leader toward a patch and the other grasshoppers follow your chosen formation. Eating is automatic when crops are within reach. Tap the uproot command to pull plants out, or select weapon attacks to damage crops with futuristic effects.

The farmers fight back with colorful ranged weapons. Your grasshoppers automatically defend themselves when a farmer comes within weapon range, so positioning matters as much as shooting. Switch among plasma, laser, rocket, and flame weapons to change the squad’s loadout. Spread, wedge, and close formations offer different ways to arrange your team across the field. Keep moving and jump to avoid incoming shots.

The first level begins with ten farmers. Every new level adds one more opponent to the total, while reinforcements arrive in controlled waves. A boss farmer appears every ten levels. To complete a battle, defeat every farmer and clear the crop quota shown in the upper display. Eating crops restores the leader’s health, and the squad recovers when a new level begins.

On a computer, use WASD or the arrow keys to move and Space to jump. Press E for eating, R for uprooting, F for weapon attacks, Q to switch weapons, and C to change formation. On a phone or tablet, use the on-screen movement pad and action buttons. Action commands remain selected after a tap, so you do not need to hold an attack button continuously.

Press Play to enable the game’s sound effects and background melody. The sound button, music toggle, and volume slider let you adjust the audio while playing. Campaign progress is saved locally when the browser allows storage; use the same browser and avoid clearing its data to keep unlocked levels. Open the fullscreen control for a larger view when your browser supports it. Start with the first farm, learn how the squad moves, and see how far you can take your grasshopper army.
